Designing the Future Distribution Network for Fritom | DUC North

Help Fritom design a scalable distribution network for the Benelux or Europe. Analyze its customer portfolio, explore strategic partnership opportunities, and develop a clear framework for partner selection and collaboration. Your goal is to create a practical blueprint that helps Fritom work more efficiently across its five companies, leverage economies of scale and protect future profit margins.
