The high quality eye care offered by GrandVision includes a wide range of services provided by its vision experts, prescription glasses including frames and lenses, contact lenses and contact lens care products, and sunglasses both plain and with prescription lenses. A grass-root employees movement to overcome barriers in a bottom-up approach which they find are unique to their office and culture to become equal. Through solving these challenges, Grandvision employees will become empowered. What does empowerment entail? Empowerment is shown through these potential female leaders portraying key attributes such as leadership, problem solving, team management. Each year the Diversity & Inclusion board will drive diversity topics through the social innovation challenge creating an iterative process to break down key barriers to equality whilst also identifying future leaders.
