Currently there is a shortage of healthcare professionals and with the changing labor market there is a need for increasing the sustainable employability and job satisfaction and therbey decrease of absence amond healthcare professionals.
2. Expected Outcome
(Artificial) Intelligent solutions (products/ processes) to ensure healthcare professionals experience more job satisfaction.
