The Challenge
Merford is a Dutch engineering and manufacturing company specialized in noise control, acoustic comfort and high-performance steel door systems. During a facility tour, you will observe the current manufacturing processes, materials used and potential bottlenecks.
Your challenge is to analyze an existing Merford door and design an optimized version. The primary goal is to re-engineer the product so that its manufacturing process becomes simpler, faster and more robust, while strictly maintaining or improving the product's functional quality.
