On 5 October, the sprint day 2022 will take place.Last time, we focused on how we as Speakup can help start-ups. This year, we will zoom in on a specific issue that ties in with this. At Speakup, we work hybrid (especially since the Corona pandemic). This means that employees work where and when they want. Of course, with clear agreements, etc. The result of this is that we have empty spaces in the office. A shame, because there are plenty of students, start-ups and companies that could use a workplace. How can we fill this up? We like to open our doors. The question is, how can we arrange this and what is in it for Speakup? It is up to the students to turn this rough idea into a practical, usable plan.
