1. Description of the Challenge
How can Hendrix Genetics make their hatchery facilities CO₂-neutral, given that heating—currently reliant on natural gas—is the primary contributor to our Scope 1 emissions and environmental impact? As a breeding company operating near farms, our hatcheries require constant warmth, and current solutions like solar panels are insufficient to meet the energy demands.
