This year we are implementing a new working method in our Public Prosecution Service department for the handling of our criminal cases. This is to strive for a uniform working method and to guarantee quality. However, we also have a number of special processes. These are processes that run alongside the normal case flow, but do have a link with the normal case flow. A kind of branches.

Our management team wants to think about a working method next autumn to accommodate all special processes. This will then have to run parallel to the working method for regular criminal cases.
